Hey everyone,
I'm trying to restore my MaxiSys Pro using a backed up file. All the files are on the device including the Scan folder, but I can't get pass this pop message on the Diagnostic program that says "Diagnosis data is initialized,this process may take a few minutes,please keep the network flow!"
I had the device connected to an Ethernet for the past hour and the message is still running. Anyone know how to resolve this?
I called tech support and they're saying to renew my warranty since they don't know what the issue is. I would like to avoid this since I already have my files backed up before doing a factory reset.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
